Right of revocation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days, without needing to state reasons.
The deadline for revocation is fourteen days, starting from the date on which you or a third-party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an e-Mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, although that is not prescribed.
In order to meet the deadline for revocation, it suffices if you send the notice that you intend to exercise your right of revocation before the deadline expires.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the following cases: For contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery. This applies to all GROHE filters.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must repay all payments that we have received from you without delay, at the latest within fourteen days starting from the date on which we received notice of your cancellation of this contract. We use the same means of payment for this repayment as you used for the original transaction, unless something different has been specifically agreed with you. You will not be charged for this repayment under any circumstances. We can refuse to make the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, depending on which is the earlier date.
You must send the goods back to us or hand them over without delay, although at the latest within fourteen days starting from the date on which you notified us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You need not pay for any loss of value suffered by the goods unless this loss of value is attributable to you making an inspection of the quality, properties and method of functioning of the goods that was beyond the necessary scope.
The right of revocation does not exist in the case of remote sales contracts to deliver sealed goods, which are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after the delivery for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
