1. How to Contact Us

2. Your contract with us

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the product(s) from us in accordance with our terms and conditions. By placing your order you submit a binding offer to us for the purposes of concluding a contract with you.

We will send you an email within 24 hours of you placing an order to acknowledge that we have received it. However, your offer shall only be deemed to have been accepted by us when we send you confirmation of order acceptance via e-mail. The contract will come into effect when this confirmation of order acceptance is sent.

3. How to place an order

1- You can look at products in detail without any obligation to purchase. When you have found a product you wish to purchase, the 1st step is to place the item into the shopping cart by clicking the “purchase product” button. You can check the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the “shopping cart” button. Products in your shopping cart can be removed or changed by clicking on the symbols. If you would like to proceed with purchasing the products placed in the shopping cart, click the go to Step 2 button.

2- In the 2nd step, you will be asked to provide your personal details that are required for us to process and deliver your order.

3- In the next and 3rd step, you will receive a summary of your order and you can check all of the details. You can make changes by navigating back in the browser or cancelling the order and starting over. On this page, you also accept all of our general terms and conditions, which are available for you to read on our site.

4- In the 4th and final step, you are required to provide your credit or debit card information via an SSL-secured site under ""Payment"". Clicking ""Continue"" immediately sends your order details to us (EvoPayment or Paypal). We will send you an e-mail to acknowledge that we have received your order and then a separate order confirmation, which is when the contract enters into effect.

If we are unable to supply you with a product(s), for example, because that product is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products, we will refund you the full amount.
